Non-Disclosure
GSD respects its customers privacy and business data. GSD would be happy to sign a standard non-disclosure aggreement if the form is provided by the customer. If the customer chooses not to bother with an NDA, it should be understood that GSD adheres to strict ethical and moral standards. Even without an NDA, GSD will never share private and confidential personal or business data with other partners, customers, 3rd party services, or other persons or entities without the express written permission of the customer.
Payment of Invoices: New Customers
It is the policy of Green Sky Development (GSD) that invoices shall be paid before work begins.
The typical order events is generally as follows:
- A proposal for service or agreement will be created with the customer.
- Upon approval, the customer will sign and date two (2) copies of the proposal, include payment, and mail both proposals back to Green Sky Development
- GSD will sign and date one copy and mail it back to the customer.
-
- The customer may choose to have GSD sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. GSD is happy to do this if the customer provides a NDA form.
-
- Once payment is received work will be scheduled and the customer will be provided with an expected timeline of events.
Payment of Invoices: Ongoing Services for Established Customers or Service Partners
GSD provides ongoing monthly services for customers and for service partners. The policy here is as follows:
- GSD will invoice the customer by the 15th of the month for the following month.
- Payment for the invoice will be due by the 1st of the month.
- If payment is not received by the 1st, work for that month will not begin until payment is received.
- GSD will proceed to do work with those customers who have already paid for GSD's services or to book new work for customers who have paid their first invoice. GSD performs work on a first come, first serve basis.
Assurance of Service
Green Sky Development understands all too well (and has heard many a horror story) that there are individuals and companies who will happily take your money and then not deliver the service or results that were agreed upon. GSD is very carefuly to document measurable and deliverable goals and expectations and stays reasonably in contact with customers as work proceeds. Trust is a privilege that is certainly earned and it takes time and evidence.
If you are considering using GSD's services, please feel free to request references from those companies who are listed on the clients page. If, at the end of a project, you are not satisfied that the results and services that were agreed upon in writing were not met GSD will provide a refund for the portion of the service that was not delivered.
